We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling is done a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to give us this courtesy may result in a charge amounting to 50% of your original appointment. Giving no notice, or not showing up to an appointment we have reserved for you, will result in a 100% charge of the missed appointment. Appointments scheduled for 3 or more hours of time require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. A credit or debit card is required to book.

With minimal or no notice given that you won't be at the appointment space we reserved for you, you aren't giving us the opportunity to fill that time. We are self employed women, and not paid hourly wages. The main reason for this policy is to encourage to people to give appropriate notice, and allow us to maintain our way of earning a living.
